Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TASKO. Before using our services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. General Provisions

  • These terms govern the relationship between TASKO (hereinafter "the Company") and the customer (hereinafter "the Client").

  • By ordering a service, the Client automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • Services are available in Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi.

  • TASKO operates as a platform connecting Clients with independent personal assistants.

2. Ordering Service and Assistant Selection

  • Service orders are made exclusively by messaging our official communication channels (WhatsApp or Instagram). Direct booking is not available on the website.

  • Upon the Client's request, the Company will send the potential assistant's portfolio (profile) in the chat.

  • The service is considered confirmed only after the Client reviews the assistant's portfolio, explicitly approves the candidate in writing, and completes the payment.

  • Cancellation Rule: The Client can cancel or reschedule an order free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the paid amount is non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in advance via direct bank transfer to the Company’s account after approving the assistant's candidate in the chat.

  • Monthly subscriptions must be paid in full before the service period begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • TASKO is responsible solely for screening assistants, verifying their identity, and presenting their portfolios to the Client.

  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage (material, physical, or moral) caused by the assistant to the Client's property, home, pets, or family members during the service execution.

  • The Client voluntarily decides to hire the assistant based on the provided portfolio and fully assumes all risks associated with the service.

  • For pet care services, the Client is obligated to disclose accurate information regarding the pet's behavior, potential aggression, and health issues beforehand.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • TASKO protects the Client's personal data (name, phone number, address). This information is shared only with the specific assistant explicitly approved by the Client in the chat.
